Sports Field Fencing – Professional Court Containment & Safety Systems
Our Sports Field Fencing is a high-performance protective barrier engineered for tennis courts, basketball courts, and various sporting venues. With a core structure of galvanized braided mesh, it ensures optimal safety by effectively containing balls and separating play areas.
Manufactured from low-carbon steel wire through weaving and welding processes, and finished with electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, or PVC dipping, it delivers exceptional weather resistance and corrosion protection. The standard mesh opening ranges from 50mm×50mm to 70mm×70mm, with panel heights up to 4 meters. Supported by φ60mm round tube posts, it offers both in-ground burial and flange base installation methods to suit different foundation requirements.
The unique braided construction and plastic coating provide outstanding impact absorption. This system guarantees sports safety while offering excellent adaptability to terrain and cost-effective transportation.
Structure & Materials: Dual Anti-Corrosion Protection
Our fencing features a dual-layer anti-corrosion design:
Inner Layer: Galvanized steel wire base material.
Outer Layer: A 0.5-0.8mm thick PVC/PE coating applied through dipping or powder coating.
This combined protection effectively resists UV radiation and rain erosion.
Core Components:
Mesh Panel: Braided style with a plastic-coated wire diameter of 3.8mm. The diamond-shaped mesh design effectively disperses impact force.
Line Posts: Φ60/2.5mm round tube with a wall thickness ≥2mm, buried 40-60cm deep.
Top Rail: Φ48/2mm round tube, connected to posts with anti-theft bolts.
Installation Specifications & Scenarios
For standard tennis court installations, we recommend:
Roadside Fence: Minimum height of 4 meters to prevent balls from escaping onto roads.
Side/Spectator Fence: 4-meter height, typically using powder-coated material.
Access Gate: Double-leaf swing design with a width ≥1.2 meters, equipped with self-closing hinges.
Foundation: Concrete footing with a grade ≥C25. The burial depth to post length ratio should be 1:4.
Production & Installation
Modular Production Process:
Wire Drawing: Cold drawing Φ6.5mm rod to Φ3.0-5.0mm wire.
Weaving: Automated CNC braiding machines create nodes with a tensile strength ≥1800N.
Welding: Posts and rails are welded; standard mesh is 50mm×50mm; posts are 60mm round tubes.
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer ≥80g/㎡) followed by PVC dipping.
Professional Installation:
Site survey is required before installation.
For slopes >5°, a stepped installation method is used.
Verticality error of posts is controlled within ≤2‰ by adjusting flange shims
